Frequently Asked Questions

1. What do I need to do to prepare?

Remove and clear your space. All furniture and other items need to be removed and put away before we arrive. If set up is outdoors, any rocks, sticks, or other elements must be removed from the setup area. We will not set up in a muddy or wet location. Please create an access point for the equipment to be delivered.

Also, let us know if there are any possible interferences with setup such as stairs, lack of parking, etc. prior to the event so that we can plan accordingly.

2. Who is responsible for setting up the equipment?

We handle all setup and all breakdown of equipment. We arrive 1 hour and 45 minutes before your event or at the agreed upon arrival time. Setup time does not take away from your rental hours. Please note that we only provide a 15' extension cord with our setups. THE PARTY PLANNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING LONGER EXTENSION CORDS IF NEEDED.

3. How long is each rental?

Prices are based on a 5-hour rental, however, setup times may vary based on the package selected. Full day rentals are available if booked in advance. 

4. How do I book?

Booking is easy! Contact us and we will get back to you within 48 hours. We will send the contract, rental agreement, and Terms and Conditions to reserve your event or you can click on the "here to help" button and read the form, sign, and email it back to us.

5. What is your cancellation policy?

THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS. All booked parties can be rescheduled for up to a year after the initial booking.

6. What happens if it rains and my party is outside?

The Fun Village will NOT SET UP IN THE RAIN OR IF IT RAINS THE NIGHT BEFORE OR THE DAY OF the event. We also cannot set up in excessively windy weather conditions. It is recommended that an alternative location is secured in case of inclement weather. We want to work with you, but we need to take these precautions in order for your family and guests to be safe. In the unforeseen case of inclement weather we will reschedule your event if no alternative location is found. You must reschedule your event within 1 year of your event date.

7. Can we use Fun Village equipment around pools or water?

No. To preserve the quality of our equipment, WE DO NOT ALLOW party packages, equipment or play zones to come into contact with water. Fun Village equipment will only be allowed in DRY ZONES. Water balloons, water blasters, water guns, etc are not allowed in our setups. DAMAGE OR CLEANING FEES WILL INCUR IF EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN EXPOSED TO WATER.

8. Can we move Fun Village equipment after it is placed?

To preserve the integrity of our equipment, we require Fun Village party assistants to be present to move and handle the equipment. After Fun Village equipment has been placed and approved by parents or party coordinators, equipment is NOT TO BE MOVED after Fun Village party assistants leave the premises. ADDITIONAL FEES WILL INCUR IF EQUIPMENT IS MOVED OUT OF THE INITIAL PLACE PARTY ASSISTANTS HAVE AGREED UPON.
