FAQ

1. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE?

Remove all furniture, debris, rocks, sticks, etc from the space. We can not set-up in a muddy nor wet location if the party is outside. Please Create an access point for the equipment to be delivered.

2. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SETTING UP THE EQUIPMENT?

We handle all setup and all breakdown of equipment. We arrive 1 hour and 45 minutes before your event and will not be apart of your booking time ( ie: stairs, lack of parking, etc) please let us know prior to the event so that we can plan accordingly

3. HOW LONG IS EACH RENTAL

Prices are based on a 5-hour rental. This does not include set-up or breakdown time. -setup time varies based on the package selected. ** Full day rentals are available at an 20 hourly rate based on availability**

4. HOW DO I BOOK & CANCELLATION POLICY?

Booking is easy! Contact us. We will be back to you within 48hours. We will send the contract, rental agreement, and Terms and Conditions to reserve your event/party.


The Fun Village reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. In the event of a cancellation with less than 14 days notice, the deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations made with 4 weeks notice, you will receive a full refund.

5. WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS AND MY PARTY IS OUTSIDE?

The Fun Village will NOT BE RENTED IN THE RAIN OR IF IT RAINS THE NIGHT BEFORE OR OF THE DAY of the party. We can not rent out in excessively windy weather conditions. It is suggested that an alternative location is secured in case of the inclement weather. We want to work with you, but every toddler and family needs to be safe. Refunds will be given if the weather changed from the 7day forecast prior to the date of the event. our #1 goal is for families to be satisfied, we do not want to hold any security money but it is up to the family to check the weather. We check the weather the day before each party.
