1. What do I need to do to prepare for equipment delivery and setup?
Measure and clear out your setup location. Make sure your space will fit our equipment and remove furniture and other items before we arrive. If set up is outdoors, remove any rocks, sticks, or other elements from the setup area. We will not set up in muddy or wet conditions. Please create an access point for the equipment to be delivered.
Also, let us know if there are any possible interferences with setup such as stairs, elevator, lack of parking, etc. prior to the event so that we can plan accordingly.
2. Who is responsible for setting up the equipment?
The Fun Village handles all setup and all breakdown of equipment. We arrive prior to your event at the agreed upon arrival time for setup. Setup time does not take away from your rental hours. We will pickup at the agreed upon pickup time.
3. How long is each rental?
We do not have a set length of rental hours. All rentals can be utilized until 6pm. Start time is up to you. We do not pick up after 6pm.
4. How do I book?
First, inquire with us on our website by clicking the "inquire" tab. Tell us a little bit about your event and we will get back to you within 48 hours. When you are ready to book you can go ahead and book online on our website by selecting "packages" and choosing the package you'd like to book.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
We do not accept any cancellations. We can reschedule your event to another time.
6. What happens if it rains and my party is outside?
The Fun Village will not set up if it is raining or if the conditions are wet. We also cannot set up in excessively windy conditions. It is recommended that an alternate location is secured ahead of time in the case of inclement weather. If no alternate location can be found we can reschedule your event up to 1 year from your event date.
7. Can we use your equipment around pools or water?
For safety and to preserve the quality and longevity of our equipment, we do not allow any of our equipment to be near water. Water balloons, water blasters, water guns, etc. are not allowed in or around our setups. In addition, slip and slides, pools, and water play is not allowed in or near our equipment. Damage or cleaning fees will incur if our equipment has been exposed to water.
8. Can we move your equipment after it is set up?
To preserve the integrity of our equipment, we require only The Fun Village party assistants to move and handle the equipment. After The Fun Village equipment has been placed and approved by parents or party coordinators, equipment is not to be moved. Additional fees will incur if equipment has been moved from the setup location.
9. What are your delivery fees?
We provide delivery within Cobb County. If your event location is outside of Cobb County or you are unsure please inquire with us so we can provide your delivery fee. Delivery rates are as follows:
Less than 1 hour: $100
1 hr - 1.5 hrs: $125
1.5 hrs - 2 hrs: $150
2 hrs+: $200
